Adrian leads the £10bn Fresh Foods Business at Sainsbury’s – the UK’s second largest grocery retailer. He is accountable for the sales and profit performance of this core part of the grocery retailer’s proposition, which is measured against key customer-focused outcomes.
Adrian began his career in sales management before transferring to roles in procurement and supply chain. Prior to joining Sainsbury’s, he worked in a variety of industries including: FMCG, Consulting, Construction, Support Services and Defence. His later commercial leadership roles have been successful through scaling people and organisation development.
