Tony Milikin is Chief Procurement and Sustainability Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
He has been with AB-I for 11 years, joining as Chief Procurement Officer reporting to Carlos Brito with offices in Zug, CH and NYC. Tony is responsible for sustainability covering renewable energy, water, recycling, Smart Agriculture, and waste management with some of the world’s most aggressive targets for carbon, water, recycling and waste by 2025. Tony is responsible for sourcing $35B annually covering all spend categories plus Zero Base Budgeting processes. He also manages and operates AB InBev’s Vertical Operations consisting of 70 manufacturing facilities spanning four continents and employs more than 10,000 craftsmen producing bottles, cans, malt, crowns, labels plus numerous farms producing hops, sugar and rice accompanied with ag research facilities and agronomists.
Tony added vertical operations in 2015, sustainability in 2017 and serves as a Member of AB InBev’s Executive Board of Management. Tony manages numerous circular waste-to-profit businesses too.
His previous roles have been in Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain with Alcon Laboratories, Monsanto and MWV. He holds an undergraduate Finance degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
