Bobby Dhanoa is the Chief Procurement Officer for KPMG International, and is passionate about sourcing in times of intense disruption.

Having worked in North America, Asia and Europe, Bobby uses her 20 years’ global experience to transform procurement functions – coupling state-of-the-art technology and processes with high-performance teams and a focus on stakeholder management. Her natural ability to grasp the ever changing role of procurement in today’s complex market has enabled her to regularly deliver $ billion+ procurement deals that positively impacts an organization’s top and bottom line. This blend of procurement expertise, business knowledge and dynamic leadership has enabled her to operate at the Board level, taking organizations and leaders with her, as she balances value delivery and risk management.

 In addition to KPMG International, Bobby has held global leadership roles at BP plc, Pfizer, Mars Inc. and Marks & Spencer.
