Since July 2019, Damien Lhors is the Global Supply Chain Vice President for OFS at Baker Hughes, based in France. He left Schlumberger after 12 years of service where he was leading the Supply Chain for Cameron a Schlumberger Company in the United States.
In November 2007, Damien joined Schlumberger and relocated with his family to Norway after 8 years in international Sales management and Global Procurement management. For 3 years, he led the Supply Chain function for WesternGeco, the Schlumberger seismic business. In 2010, after moving back to France, he took another role as Supply Chain manager for Testing and Subsea. In 2013, he left his home country again and became Global Category Manager for Surface Equipment & Services based out of Houston Texas. 2 years later, he joined the team in charge of the planning and the execution of the Cameron integration after Schlumberger acquired the oil & gas product company. He led the merger and the transformation of the Supply Chain function at Cameron.
Damien graduated in 1999 in France with a master in Mechanical Engineering. He married his wife Maud the same year and they have two daughters. He enjoys sailing, riding motorcycles and flying single engine private aircraft.
