JOHAN KEERBERG, GLOBAL CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICER, CARLSBERG
Johan Keerberg currently serves as the Global Chief Procurement Officer at CARLSBERG, one of the leading brewery groups in the world. CARLSBERG products are sold in more than 150 markets. Under the purpose of ‘Brewing for a Better Today and Tomorrow’, they recently launched the ambitious sustainability programme, Together Towards ZERO.
Since joining CARLSBERG in 2018, Johan has been leading a transformational programme within the Global Procurement function, by globalizing strategic tasks and transferring tactical tasks to shared service center.
Previously at Royal FrieslandCampina, Johan was the CPO responsible for the procurement of all materials and services globally, with the exception of raw milk.
In that capacity, he drove Global optimization of roughly 5 billion Euro spend with his team, with the goal to drive the Supplier Partnership agenda as well as the CSR/Sustainability agenda next to continuously optimize the financials, e.g. Savings and Cash.
Additionally Supply Risk Management was high on the priority list.
Previous Organisations:
Worked in FrieslandCampina, Kraft Foods/Mondelez prior to joining CARLSBERG. Also spent three years working as a consultant for McKinsey within the FMCG sector.

Johan lived and worked in Sweden, Germany, USA, Switzerland and Netherlands over the last 20 years.
Education:
Has a Master in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden.
