Marc Engel is chief supply chain officer at Unilever. Having spent the past 25 years at Unilever, Marc has gained a deep understanding of the business, and a wealth of experience in procurement and supply chain roles, including VP and managing director of supply chain categories, and CPO.  

He started his career at Unilever in 1990, before moving to Royal Dutch Shell, and eventually returning to the company, leading to his current position as chief, which he has held for four and half years. 

Marc studied applied physics, speaks seven languages, and considers himself a global citizen “wanting to make a contribution to make this world a better place. Making a difference by always trying to do the right thing”.
