Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry


Bernhard Raschke is a Senior Client Partner, leading Korn/Ferry’s EMEA Supply Chain Centre of Expertise, based in the firm’s London office. He is also a member of the EMEA Logistics, Transport and Distribution practice. Bernhard is a globally recognised specialist in the fields of purchasing, supply chain and operations management. He brings over 20 years of experience, across multiple industry sectors including transportation and logistics, automotive, aerospace and defence, and construction and engineering. Bernhard covers all aspects from talent acquisition, on-boarding, succession, retention and the development of individuals and teams.

Bernhard is a Fellow and Advisory Board Member of the International Institute for Advanced Purchasing and Supply (IIAPS) and has played a key role raising standards in the profession. He was one of the few select number of academics, consultants and managers from around the world that came together in order to provide the first truly advanced international standards for purchasing and supply professionals.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Bernhard was PwC’s global lead partner for Supply Management & Procurement consulting, providing direction and leadership to a team of over 500 consultants. He also held the position of UK lead partner for Operations for Industrial Products and Services. Prior to PwC, Bernhard worked for over ten years with A.T. Kearney as a core team member of their global Supply Chain Practice and held the position of European Procurement Solutions Leader. Bernhard is the co-founder of the A.T. Kearney European CPO Club and organiser of PWC’s Supply Chain Leaders dinners. Bernhard is a regular speaker on supply chain related topics. Bernhard holds a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on Organisational Science, Marketing and IT from the University of Cologne, Germany.
