Pascal Baltussen has joined the Coty Executive Committee as Chief Global Procurement Officer on January 2020.

In this role Pascal oversees the procurement organization through a significant transformation at Coty. The transformation include a significant cost reset, divestiture program and Principal office set-up.

Pascal build his procurement experience, having spent the last nine years with Mars, where he progressed through the procurement organization to the role as Global Vice President Procurement and Sustainability at Mars Wrigley. In this role, Pascal was responsible for procurement and sustainability where he lead the overall productivity program that consistently delivered significant savings annually. With regards to sustainability he set up the Global Cocoa sustainability Strategy and led the cocoa vertically integrated organization, helped to set-up the packaging sustainability plan for Mars Wrigley and delivered the segregated Palm oil plan . Prior to that, Pascal spent nine years at AB InBev. Pascal has lived and worked in several global locations including US, China, UK, Belgium and his native Netherlands.”
