Quentin is Senior Vice President & Chief Procurement Officer for Mondelēz International. In this role, Quentin leads Global Supplier Management activities to deliver supplier partnership excellence and competitive advantage, He is responsible for oversight of company-wide expenditures, working capital management, risk mitigation processes, supply chain ESG initiatives, supplier performance management and innovation improvements.
Quentin joined the company in 2020 from Merck & Co. where he served as Chief Procurement Officer & Senior Vice President, Global Supplier Management, Global Supply Business Development and Global Workplace & Enterprise Services. In this role he led the execution of business development transactions generating multi-billion dollar revenue growth, while also negotiating supply partnerships that contributed multi-billion dollar productivity improvements and significant EPS realization. He focused on risk management, business continuity and innovation planning with external suppliers and partners to improve organizational resiliency, agility and growth prospects.
Prior to joining Merck & Co., Quentin served as a catalyst for positive transformation, innovation and growth through senior level executive positions in Sale & Marketing, Sourcing & Procurement, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer product, medical device, academia and automotive industries with General Motors Corporation, Delphi Corporation, Strong Health/The University of Rochester, Bausch & Lomb, and Bristol Myers Squibb.
He currently serves on the board of directors for Armada Supply Solutions, and has been involved in a number of organizations and boards, including: the National Association of Manufacturers, the Executive Leadership Council, SCM World – a Gartner Company, United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Columbia University’s Deming Center, Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey College of Business, the National Black MBA Association and The Garth Fagan Dance Company.

Quentin holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management of Technology from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and has completed executive development work at Columbia University, Thunderbird University and Trinity College – Dublin.
