Chief Procurement Officer, Wella Company
Stephanie Gemmell serves as the Chief Procurement Officer of the Wella Company. Stephanie joined the business to lead procurement in the newly independent global beauty company in March 2020. She has been working to create and develop a new global procurement organization designed to meet the specific needs of the Wella businesses, consumers, stylists and strategic partners.
With more than 30 years of experience in supply chain and procurement operations for international organisations, Stephanie has built a strong reputation for developing strategic sourcing capability and business partnerships across a broad portfolio of roles in Direct and Indirect Procurement. She is a respected leader with a passion for people and organizational development and business transformation, which are the right skills for the next phase of the journey for the Wella Company.
Prior to Wella Company, Stephanie built up broad experience and leadership skills in roles at Procter & Gamble, Coty and Rank Hovis McDougall (now Premier Foods).
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and completed postgraduate studies at Durham University.
