Steve Kirk

In Steve’s role as Global CPO at Catalent Pharma Solutions he is responsible for external Supplier management covering 50+ Global sites in Pharma, Consumer Health, Clinical Services, Biologics, Cell and Gene Therapy. Over the last 2 years at Catalent, Steve has developed the Global Procurement organization leading the “Procurement Performance” initiative which has delivered change and wide ranging benefits in Category Management and SRM, Sustainability and Diversity, Continuous Improvement and Operational standards. Prior to Catalent, Steve has 27 years of Procurement experience across Automotive, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Technology and Utilities sectors. Steve was formerly Global CPO at IQVIA and has been operating in the Life Sciences space for over 10 years supporting major Capex projects and Vaccines roll outs at Novartis and significant M&A activities within Private Equity environments at IMS Health. In addition to his Industry roles, Steve has spent a number of years’ working as an independent Consultant and also in corporate practices at IBM Global Business Services and Barkers Commercial Services. Steve is also a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt gained while working at Jaguar Land Rover at the start of his career.
